2017 Süd-Steiermark Ried Höchleit'n Morillon trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Delicately yeasty and vegetal aroma with relatively bright yellow fruity aromas, floral nuances and some minerality. Quite juicy, ripe yellow fruit, vegetal notes, lively acidity and some tannic grip, a little yellow spice on the palate, lots of power, sweet melting and some alcohol warmth, nutty tones, very slightly muted and relatively sweet on the very good finish.

Editor note: Vegetal and floral notes on the nose, sweetish citrus and pomaceous fruit, some stone fruit, yeasty and light mineral notes. Ripe, juicy, fairly sweet fruit on the palate, creamy and warm, some sugar candy, elegant, lively acidity, yeasty notes, herbs and floral notes, some red berries in the background, slightly muted by tannins, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, fairly firm structure, good persistence, still totally undeveloped, again remarkably sweet on a good to very good finish.
