Delicate floral and nutty aromas on the nose, citrus and pomaceous fruit, whiff of oak, mineral traces. Fairly juicy, slightly off-dry fruit on the palate, lively acidity, moderate tannins, yeasty and vegetal notes, light oak, touch of carbon dioxide, light chalky mineral notes in the background, fairly persistent, slightly creamy, hint of bacon, good to very good finish.
