Sehr klare, geradlinige und feinsaftige Frucht, feinmineralische Würze im Hintergrund, sehr harmonische, feste Säure, gut strukturiert und recht nachhaltig am Gaumen, hat Stoff, sehr versteckte Holzaromatik, feinwürziger Abgang. Sehr sorgfältige Arbeit.
