Recht fruchtig im Mund, nicht völlig trocken, präsente Kohlensäure, Kräuternoten am Gaumen, auch pfeffrige und leicht mineralische Würze, animierende Art, wenn es auch schwer fällt, die Sorte klar zu erkennen, gute Nachhaltigkeit, guter Abgang.
