Light vegetal and herbaceous notes on the nose, delicate nutty, floral and mineral notes, citrus and stone fruit. Restrained, fairly tranquil fruit on the palate, vegetal and yeasty notes, hint of bacon, very elegant acidity, tannins still very slightly astringent, chalky mineral notes in the background, herbaceous notes, still young, some depth, very slightly sweetish and creamy, hint of white pepper, slightly astringent again on a good to very good finish.
