Prominent vegetal notes on the nose, remiiscent of capers, restrained, tart yellow fruit aromas, mineral notes. Tart, fairly light fruit on the palate, yeasty, vegetal, earthy and mineral notes, elegant acidity, noticeable, slightly astringent tannins, good substance and persistence, touch of sugar candy, fairly firm core, still slightly sandy, phenolic tannins and fairly prominent mineral notes on a very good, slightly herbaceous, tart, juicy finish.
