2017 Burg Layen Hölle Riesling, Nahe, Germany

Tart nose, nutty and dried vegetal notes, citrus and some stone fruit, earthy and mineral notes. Bone dry, slightly muted fruit on the palate, fairly prominent acidity, nutty and yeasty notes, noticeable tannic grip, vegetal and herbaceous notes, fairly persistent, tart mineral notes in the background, very slightly astringent, good to very good finish.
