Translate to English Einnehemender und recht komplexer, kräuterig-mineralischer Duft nach Salbei, frischen Blüten, Zitronen und Aprikosen mit zarten Bienenwachsnoten. Straff und mineralisch im Mund, sehr feine Säure und glasklare Zitrusfrucht mit deutlichen Steinobstnoten, florale und honigartige Töne, wirkt schlanker als er ist, sehr nachhaltig am Gaumen, rassig, aber dennoch auch leicht schmelzig, zeigt deutlich seine Herkunft, leicht trocknende Gerbstoffnote, gute Länge. Legt über Tage an der Luft zu.
