Translate to English Etwas entwickelte, deutlich vegetabile Nase mit etwas gedeckten gelbfruchtigen Aromen und erdigen Tönen. Auch im Mund leicht gedeckt, schmelzige, verhaltene Frucht, vegetabile Aromen, wärmender Alkohol, ein Hauch Gerbstoff, recht guter, herber, leicht trocknender Abgang. Entwickelt sich relativ schnell.

Editor note: Firm nose, fairly prominent vegetal notes, surprisingly cool, citrus and pomaceous fruit, some elderberry, hint of egg white, light earthy and mineral notes. Firm, juicy, cool fruit on the palate, prominent yeasty and vegetal as well as herbaceous aromas, white pepper, earthy and salty mineral notes, full-bodied, but also has bite and grip, good persistence, some depth, good to very good finish.
