The traditional family business is located in the municipality of Vogtsburg-Oberbergen in the German growing region to bathe, It includes the “Franz Keller” winery, the “Schwarzer Adler” restaurant, the “Schwarzer Adler” hotel, the “KellerWirtschaft” restaurant, the Rebstock winery and an import wine trade. Winery senior Franz Keller set the tone for decades as a feared opponent of the big ones Land adjustments 1971, in his pioneering role in the introduction of Pinot Gris, and as a sponsor for the Barrique and dry fermented wines. Today the company is run by Fritz Keller and his son Friedrich Keller.

First-class Bordeaux and Burgundy wines from the most prestigious wineries are still among the hallmarks. The "Schwarzer Adler" restaurant has been awarded a Michelin star since 1969. In addition to a large selection of wines from our own winery, you can choose the best French wines as well as German and international classics from around 2,700 positions. The "KellerWirtschaft" offers a modern, internationally inspired kitchen. In addition to the view into the Kelterhaus, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the typical Kaiserstühler terrace landscape and the Badberg nature reserve. In the winegrower's house "Rebstock", the cuisine is Baden-Alsatian.

The vineyards cover 35 hectares of vineyards in individual locations Bassgeige (with trays in the Leh and barges) and powder Buck (Oberbergen) Eichberg (Oberrotweil), Enselberg (Jechtingen), Kirchberg (Oberrotweil) as well Schlossberg (Achkarren). They are made with Pinot Gris ( Pinot gris ), Pinot Blanc ( Pinot Blanc ) Chardonnay and Müller-Thurgau, as well as the red varieties Pinot Noir ( Pinot Noir ) Merlot. The winery building is sunk into the loess on several levels. The processing is done by gravitation.
