Fest gewirkte, etwas holzwürzige und einen Hauch oxidativ wirkende, dabei auch brotig-hefige Frucht im Mund, nussige Aromen, knochentrocken, feines Mousseux, nachhaltig am Gaumen, nussig, ziemlich griffig, etwas Tiefe, animierend, sehr guter bis langer Abgang.
