2012 Weißburgunder trocken "A", Baden, Germany

Translate to English Kühler, Nussiger und etwas holzwürziger Kernobstduft mit zarten Melonentönen, sehr feinen vegetabilen Aromen, einem Hauch Tabak und mineralischen Noten. Sehr herbe, fest gewirkte Frucht im Mund, leicht rauchig-holzige Töne, getrocknete-pflanzliche Aromen und wieder Tabak, sehr feine, recht präsente Säure, fester Bau, trotz seiner Kraft eher kühl und alles andere als schwer, herbe, salzige Mineralik, an Austern erinnernd, nachhaltig am Gaumen, noch jung, gewisse Tiefe, sehr guter, wieder ziemlich herber Abgang mit viel Biss und Zug. Hat Zeit.
