2015 Oberbergen Bassgeige Kähner Grauburgunder Grosses Gewächs, Baden, Germany

Firm, nutty nose, light vegetal and herbceous notes, hint of tobacco, pomaceous fruit, earthy and stony mineral notes, moderate spicy oak, hint of root vegetables, peppery traces, very delicate and elegant mushroomy notes. Firm, ripe, fairly tart fruit on the palate, nutty, vegetal and earthy notes, very elegant acidity, integrated tannins, persistent and gripping, medium body, compact structure, still young, creamy, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, good depth, elegant spicy notes on a very good long, firm finish.
