Translate to English Eher herber, kräuterig-würziger, erdig-mineralischer und ganz leicht speckiger Duft mit verhaltenen gelb- und grünfruchtigen Aromen und ein wenig Holunderblüte. Geradlinige, ganz trockene Frucht, kühle pflanzliche und zart florale Noten, lebendige Säure, ein Hauch Gerbstoff, etwas Holunder, recht guter Abgang.
