2015 Weißburgunder Franz Anton, Baden, Germany

Tart, fairly cool nose, pomaceous fruit, nutty and light yeasty notes, hint of tobacco, some citrus fruit and mineral niotes. Fairly firm, slightly juicy fruit on the palate, light nutty, spicy oak, lively, elegant acidity, hint of sugar candy, persistent, still quite young, mineral notes in the background, integrated tannins, some depth, medium body, very good finish. Still needs some time to mature.
