Polished nose, yeasty traces, delicate vegetal, herbaceous and nutty notes, light yellow fruit, mineral notes. Clear, firm, elegant, juicy, fairly cool fruit on the palate, moderate nutty, spicy oak, hint of butter caramel, very elegant acidity, good persistence and substance, mineral notes in the background, still young, good to very good polished finish.
