Firm, nutty nose, yeastyand herbaceous notes, citrusand pomaceousfruit, light oak, peppery traces, fairly prominent mineral notes. Ripe, fairly firm, juicy fruit on the palate, lively, elegant acidity, light nutty oak, light yeastyand herbaceous aromas, salty mineral notes, some grip and depth, still young, some bite on a very good, firm, ripe juicy finish.
