Cool nose, elegant vegetal and light nutty notes, delicate yeasty traces, light citrus and pomaceous fruit, floral traces, touch of oak, mineral notes. Clear, polished, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, very elegant acidity, nutty and delicate floral notes, vegetal traces, persistent, mineral notes in the background, restrained light nutty oak, elegant style, clear ocntours on a very good, elegant, juicy finish.
