Firm, tart nose, delicate nutty oak, still has yeasty traces, cool, light yellow fruit aromas, hint of mushrooms, preovancale herbs, mineral notes and buttery traces. Cool ahain on the palate, cleart, elegant, juicy fruit, fresh vegetal aromas, hint of mushrooms, yeasty notes, prominent chalky and light salty notes, very elegant, lively acidity, persistent, firm core, some depth, still undeveloped, smoky traces, quite complex, clear contours, very good tart, firm, spicy, juicy finish.
