Clear, tart nose, light vegetal notes, light yellow fruit aromas and mineral traces. Clear, polished, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, light nutty, spicy and some vegetal notes, elegant acidity, ripe tannins provide grip, peppery traces in the background, mineral notes, good persistence, tart fruit, but also slightly creamy, light peppery spice on a good to very good, fairly firm, tart, fruity finish.
