Tart nose, prominent vegetal and some peppery notes, light earthy and mineral notes, restrained yellow fruit aromas. Ripe, slightly off-dry, slightly warm fruit on the palate, yeasty notes, light peppery spice, vegetal and herbaceous notes, integrated acidity, integrated sandy tannins, good substance and persistence, medium body, some grip and depth, fairly prominent mineral notes, dried floral and nutty traces on a very good finish.
