2015 Vulkanland Steiermark Ried Buch trocken Eruption, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Earthy and vegetal notes on the nose, smoked bacon, restrained ripe to overripe melon and pineapple, light yeasty and floral note. Very ripe warm, sweetish, creamy, partly candied fruit on the palate, nutty and buttery notes, some caramel, earthy and light smoky notes, restrained acidity, fairly persistent, some sugar candy, light salty notes in the background, slightly fuzzy contours, hint of cocoa and tobacco, candied fruit on a slightly sweetish, soft, warm, creamy finish.
