Prominent vegetal notes on the nose, reminiscent of zucchini, light yellow spice, herbaceous notes, smoky traces, nutty notes, restrained ripe yellow fruit, spicy, nutty oak, peppery and mineral notes. Very ripe, creamy fruit on the palate, yeasty aromas, nutty and light floral notes, prominent vegetal notes, more ripe zucchini, very elegant acidity, integrated tannins, noticeable alcohol, peppery notes and some salted lemon, salty mineral notes, hint of baco, very full-bodied, good grip, very good spicy, alcoholic finish.

Editor note: Firm nose, herbaceous and light yeasty notes, some tobacco, vegetal notes, yellow fruit, peppery traces, earthy and mineral notes. Firm, ripe, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, prominent vegetal notes, earthy and mineral notes, more light peppery spice, firm grip, elegant acid bite, persistent and compact, well integrated high alcohol, mineral notes in the background, grippy, still largely undeveloped, yeasty traces, very good finish. Give it some time to mature.
