2015 Vulkanland Steiermark Ried Buch Weißburgunder trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Light nutty and yeasty notes on the nose, light vegetal and herbaceous aromas, restrained yellow fruit, peppery traces and a hint of avocado, aniseed and cardamom, spicy mineral notes. Ripe, creamy, fairly warm fruit on the palate, very light nutty oak, very elegant acidity, integrated tannins, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, pepper and salt, prominent mineral notes, good grip, some depth, hint of bacon, zucchini and a hint of avocado, some sugar candy, noticeable alcohol on a very good, warm, spicy, creamy finish.
