Translate to English Fester, dabei noch etwas unruhiger und leicht reduktiver, ein wenig nussiger, hefiger und vegetabiler Kernobstduft mit Zitrusaromen und deutlicher, herber Mineralik. Klare, straffe und geschliffene Frucht im Mund, herb-saftig, zart pflanzliche Würze und nussige Anklänge, präsente, feine Säure, nachhaltig, viel Biss, im Hintergrund wieder Mineralik, feiner Schmelz, buttrige Töne, noch wenig entwickelt, sehr guter, herb-saftiger und mineralischer Abgang.
