Firm nose, still undeveloped, prominent yeasty notes, tart vegetal and herbaceous aromas, cool citrus notes, some pomaceous fruit, mineral notes. Firm on the palate, tart, juicy, fairly concentrated fruit, prominent yeasty and nutty aromas, lively, elegant acidity, persistent, very full-bodied and creamy, but also shows finesse, much less heavy than the high level of alcohol would make one expect, good depth, moderate oak, light smoky notes, more yeasty aromas, juicy, creamy and slightly spicy on a very good finish.
