Tart, earthy, herbaceous-vegetable bouquet with polished, partly exotic yellow-fruity aromas, very fine moss and mushroom aromas, some pepper and minerality. Almost cold, very polished, fine-juicy and yet completely dry fruit with clearly earthy to mineral and again also dried mushroom aromas, very fine, yet lively acidity and tannin giving backbone, pepper again, some warmth and melting on the palate, lots of grip, good depth, still barely developed, dry herbs in the background, very good to long finish
