Translate to English Straffe, recht tiefe, deutlich hefige, auch kräuterig-pflanzliche und etwas pilzige Nase mit gelbfruchtigen Nuancen und an Muschelschalen erinnernden Tönen. Sehr fest gewirkte, straffe, herb-saftige Frucht, lebendiges, feines Mousseux, deutlich hefige Aromen, etwas floral und kräuterig-pflanzlich, gute Substanz und gewisse Tiefe, nachhaltig, komplex, hat Spannung, sehr guter bis langer, straffer, herb-saftiger Abgang mit Zug und feinem Griff. Sehr gekonnt.
