2015 Kamptal DAC Ried Käferberg Grüner Veltliner trocken ÖTW Erste Lage, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Cool, tart nose, tobacco and dried vegetal notes, earthy notes, partly dried yellow fruit, root vegetables, light yeasty notes, some tree bark, herbaceous, peppery and prominent mineral notes. Firm, tart, juicy, fairly firm fruit on the palate, dried vegetal and herbaceous notes, some tobacco, yeasty notes, prominent mineral notes, lots of black pepper, fairly prominent acidity, still has a light tannic grip, persitent, quite concentrated, still largely undeveloped, full-bodied and grippy, good depth, hint of juniper and bay leaf in the background, complex, more nutty traces, tobacco and mineral notes on a very good, long, tart, juicy finish. Great wine.
