Elegant nose, firm and still totally undeveloped, firm, vegetal and yeasty notes, prominent earthy and mineral notes, pomaceous fruit with a touch of citrus and peaches, rose wood, elegant spicy and nutty traces. Ripe, very firm, concentrated fruit on the palate, surprisingly cool, yeasty, nutty and vegetal aromas, tremdous earthy and salty mineral notes, full-bodied and very persistent, compact and deep, still very young and undeveloped, hibiscus tea, dried lemons, hint of tobacco, touch of old oak, delicate smoky traces, very complex, long, compelling finish.
