Cool, slightly yeasty nose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, mineral notes, citrus, light pomaceous and stone fruit. Clear, firm, cool, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, lively, very elegant acidity, yeasty and light nutty aromas, smoky traces, persistent, has bite and grip, quite an elegant, bone dry style, good to very good elegant, juicy, cool mineral finish.
