Light floral and vegetal notes on the nose, light yellow fruit, yeasty traces, some herbs, noticeable mineral notes in the background. Straightforward, elegant, juicy, delicately creamy fruit on the palate, vegetal and herbaceous notes, peppery traces, very elegant, lively acidity, good persistence, some melon, still slightly yeasty, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, hint of cereals, becomes more jucy and develops some bite with aeration, some finesse, still young, but already quite appealing, nutty traces, hint of bacon, prominent salty notes on a very good finish.
