Medium-intense nose, prominent yeasty and light floral notes, citrus and pomaceous fruit, hint of red berries and algae. Elegant fruit on the palate, slightly off-dry, yeasty and light floral notes, fairly fine mousse, hint of oak, light grip and persistence, some more algae in the background, good slightly sweetish, yeasty, nutty finish.
