Cool nose, prominent yeasty notes, citrus fruit, vegetal notes, some green pomaceous fruit and mussel shells. Light-bodied, straightforward fruit on the palate, prominent yeasty notes, vegetal notes and some more green fruit, very slightly muted, fairly persistent, herbaceous traces, light nutty notes, more prominent yeasty notes on a good finish.
