Translate to English Deutlich vegetabile und etwas erdige, auch zart speckige Nase nach roten Beeren und Kirschen mit floralen Nuancen, ein wenig Heu, Kräutern und einem Hauch Pfeffer und grünen Bonnen. Reife, eher herbe Frucht mit holzigen, leicht tabakigen, getrocknet-pflanzlichen und floralen Noten, gewisser Säurebiss, etwas trocknend-sandiges Tannin, salzige und zart pfeffrige Noten im Hintergrund, wieder grüne Bohnen, noch ein wenig Hefe, hat Griff, mittlere Kraft und etwas Wärme, speckige und kräuterige Nuancen, etwas Feuerstein, guter bis sehr guter Abgang mit kohlartigen Noten und leicht trocknendem Gerbstoff.
