Translate to English fester, etwas rauchiger, leicht kräuterig-vegetabiler und mineralischer Duft mit Zitrus- und Kernobstaromen sowie einer Spur Holunder. Deutlich vegetabil und etwas zitronig im Mund, rauchige Noten, etwas Wurzelgemüse und angetrockneter Apfel, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit und Kraft, wärmender Alkohol, lebendige Säure und noch eine Spur trocknender, mit Luft aber immer feinerer Gerbstoff, leicht süßlicher Schmelz, Kandistöne und gelbe Würze, sehr guter, straffer, saftiger Abgang mit ganz zart petroligen Tönen.
