Yeasty, vegetal and slightly smoky-bacon scent with restrained yellow fruity notes, a little pepper, a hint of tobacco and earthy tones. Astringent and somewhat subdued in the mouth, clearly nutty and also again vegetal, warm and alcoholic on the palate, yeasty notes, noticeable, slightly drying and bitterish tannins, good persistence, salt in the background, also tart spicy tones, a lot of power, only a little finesse is missing, also in the good finish a bit bitterish and alcoholic
