Nutty and floral, also almost a little chocolaty, with aromas of ripe yellow fruit and vegetable nuances. Quite melty fruit with delicately sweet wood notes, lively, fine acidity, yeasty and slightly smoky aromas, some minerality, good persistence, certain strength, toasty notes, still young, planty tones, becomes firmer and juicier with air, very good finish with draught
