2009 Schweigen Sonnenberg Spätburgunder trocken Großes Gewächs, "Sankt Paul", Pfalz, Germany

Very clear, firm, slightly herbal-spicy and delicate woody scent of small red and black berries with clear mineral notes. Quite juicy on the palate, ripe, partly concentrated, but polished fruit with moderate spicy oak and delicate caramel notes, more herb notes, fine, youthful tannins, persistent and firm on the palate, fairly deep, still undeveloped, mineral notes, very good finish with sweetish notes - tart spice, ripe fruit and some mineral notes.
