Firm nose, ripe, predominantly red berries, hint of tobacco, some coffee notes, earthy and mineral traces. Tart, undeveloped fruit on the palate, light smoky oak, dried vegetal and peppery notes, hint of bacon and dried mushrooms, prominent mineral notes, fairly prominent tannins, still slightly astringent, light acid bite, some depth, very slightly rustic style, hint of bacon again on a very good, firm, tart finish.
