2017 Schweigen Chardonnay VDP.Ortswein trocken, Pfalz, Germany

Firm, fairly deep nose, light yeasty and floral notes, light vegetal and herbaceous aromas, cool, restrained yellow fruit, delicate nutty and buttery notes, light mineral notes. Clear, polished, firm, cool, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, lively, very polished acidity, yeasty notes, persistent and quite concentrated, light floral and vegetal traces, has some bite, some depth, very elegant creamy notes, still young, but already very appealing, very good, elegant, juicy, cool, polished finish. Classy wine.
