Firm, fairly cool and tart nose, prominent vegetal and herbaceous notes, restrained, light yellow fruit aromas, hint of root vegetables, earthy and mineral notes. Firm, tart fruit on the palate, lively acidity, yeasty notes, ripe tannins provide grip, persistent, quite salty, still undeveloped, floral traces, peppery spice and prominent bite on a very good, tart, juicy finish. Still needs some time to mature.
