Translate to English Gereifte, säuerliche, bitterklich-hefige und deutlich pflanzliche Zitrusnase mit etwas Apfel und Pfirsich. Süßlich-saftige Frucht mit herben grasig-pflanzlichen bis kräuterigen und auch deutlich hefigen Noten, etwas gebrannt und trocknend am Gaumen, präsente Säure und gewisse Kohlensäure, im Hintergrund gewisse Mineralik, etwas trocknend am Gaumen, auch im Abgang gebrannt-hefig. Die Hefe macht den Wein inzwischen ziemlich spröde.

Editor note: Translate to English Vegetabiler und kräuteriger Duft nach Stein- und Kernobst mit herber Mineralität im Hintergrund. Leicht schmelzige, relativ fest gewirkte Frucht mit feiner, dabei lebendiger Säure, deutliche Mineralität am Gaumen, auch noch hefige Würze, leicht gedeckt, gewisse Tiefe, guter, zartherber Abgang. Hat noch etwas Zeit.
