2017 Rüdesheim Berg Roseneck Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Rheingau, Germany

Firm nose, hnint of bacon, vegetal and herbaceous notes, prominent mineral notes, restrained yellow fruit, yeasty traces, hint of mushrooms anf soem yellow spice. ripe, juicy, sweetish fruit on the palate, lively acidity, yeasty as well as light vegetal and herbaceous aromas, firm grip, elegant bite, hint of bacon in the background, persistent, good substance, some depth, prominent salty mineral notes, almost toally compensates for the residual sugar, hint of red berries, very good long, firm finish.
