Firm nose, yeasty and delicate nutty notes, light vegetal notes, ripe yellow fruit aromas, prominent mineral notes, floral traces, hint of mustard seed. Ripe, juicy, firm fruit on the palate, prominent yeasty notes, touch of yellow spice, smoky traces, hint of red berries and rhubard, herbaceous and floral traces, lively, elegant acidity, ripe tannins provide noticeable grip, still undeveloped, good depth, prominent mineral notes on a very good, firm, grippy, juicy finish.
