2018 Roter Riesling VDP.Gutswein trocken, Rheingau, Germany

Fairly tart, cool nose, delicate vegetal traces and light yeasty notes, yellow fruit aromas, mineral notes, peppery traces. Fairly firm, restrained, slightly off-dry fruit on the palate, prominent yeasty notes, chalky, salty mineral notes, floral traces, hint of red berries, persistent, some grip and depth, very good, firm, mineral finish.
