The winery is located in the municipality Nierstein Schwabsburg (Nierstein area) in the German region Rheinhessen, The traditional Huff family has been wine-growing here for 300 years. The traditional Huff family has been wine-growing here for 300 years. Today, graduate oenologist Christine Huff and her New Zealand husband Jeremy Bird-Huff are responsible for the vinification. Master winemaker Ekkehard Huff works in the vineyard and workshop. Doris Huff cares for the well-being of the customers.

The vineyards cover eight hectares of vineyards in individual locations Orbel. Patersberg. Pettenthal and Schwabsburg Castle with the fillet piece Rabenturm (Nierstein). You are with the white wines Riesling, Pinot Blanc ( Pinot Blanc ), Pinot Gris ( Pinot gris ) Sylvaner. Scheurebe and Sauvignon Blanc, as well as with the red wine varieties Pinot Noir ( Pinot Noir ) and St. Laurent planted. By selective hand picking only ripe and healthy grapes are processed. The quality of the wines is marketed in ascending order in the three lines of estate wines, local wines and site wines.
