2016 Brauneberg Riesling trocken VDP.Ortswein "J", Mosel, Germany

Firm, yeasty, somewhat bacony, herbaceous and slightly yellow-spicy aroma with yellow-fruity and distinctly earthy-mineral notes. Firm in the mouth, herbaceous-vegetable, juicy and grippy, notes reminiscent of yeast extract on the palate, lively, fine, ripe acidity, good substance and persistence, slightly bacony minerality in the background, delicately sweet candy tones, floral nuances, very good finish with fine juice, minerality and grip.
