Translate to English Fester und relativ kühler, etwas frisch-pflanzlicher bis kräuteriger, zart hefiger und intensiv mineralischer Duft mit eher zurückhaltenden gelbfruchtigen Aromen. Straffe, saftige, nicht ganz trockene Frucht, lebendige, feine Säure und etwas Griff, nussig-hefige und wieder pflanzliche bis kräuterige Aromen am Gaumen, einen Hauch floral, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, gewisse Tiefe, deutliche Mineralik, zarter Schmelz und etwas Wärme, angedeutet dunkle Beeren, sehr guter, fester, saftiger und mineralischer Abgang mit Griff. Sehr gekonnt.
