2015 trocken "Pinot & Syrah", Baden, Germany

Somewhat herbaceous-vegetable and earthy scent of red and black berries with tobacco aromas, some wood and very slightly peppery spice. Ripe fruit with woody and again hinted at peppery spice, herbal aromas reminiscent of marjoram, crumbly tannin, cocoa notes, melt, certain strength and warmth, crumbly, slightly drying tannin, certain persistence, good to very good finish with wood, smoke and very slightly marmalade tones.
